Rio Hotel Macau

I had an amazing experience staying in a hotel in the heart of a bustling city. The location was perfect, as it was very near to tourist spots and the bus stop. I was able to explore the historical sites easily. The room was spacious and cozy, with a huge bathroom that provided a comfortable stay. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they were very helpful and accommodating. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the pool had a stunning view. The shuttle service was a great convenience.

There were some people smoking inside the hotel, which was annoying.

During our stay at Rio Hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and comfort of our room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained with ample toiletries provided. The view from our room was also beautiful, offering a great perspective of the city. the room exceeded our expectations and made our stay enjoyable.

I loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect as it was in walking distance of the old city center. The service was amazing, with friendly staff and super helpful room service. They even had a shuttle service which was a huge plus. The amenities provided really enhanced my stay, especially the flat-screen TV, free toiletries and mini-bar.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this venue to anyone without hesitation.

Our recent stay at the hotel was exceptional. The staff at the hotel, including Andrew Lam, Lily, Mark, Kevin. The housekeeping team ensured that our room and sheets were kept clean daily. We were impressed with the spaciousness of our free upgraded family room. The hotel's location was convenient as it was within walking distance to other hotels, casinos, Fisherman's Wharf, and even Senado Square. The free shuttle bus from the ferry terminal made transportation easy. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to bus stops allowed us to easily access many popular attractions. The affordable taxi fare to the airport with limited luggage was another convenient aspect of our stay.

We felt safe walking at night and had nothing to complain about.

Spacious room and bathroom, just like in the photos! We enjoyed the separate shower area and bathtub for a luxurious experience during our romantic escape. the hotel's location was also very convenient, with plenty of late, night eateries around and close proximity to the ferry terminal.

Leaving the do not disturb sign on for more than 48 hours resulted in an unexpected visit from hotel staff, causing a bit of a fright. It would have been better if they had called beforehand to check if everything was okay.

Spacious rooms, convenient location, efficient check-in/out, helpful staff, 4G phone provided, free upgrade.

The best aspects of my stay at this hotel were its convenient location near many attractions within walking distance and the bus stop to various tourist spots. Additionally, it was relatively close to the airport and just a stone's throw away from the ferry pier. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and its facilities were top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection and was definitely worth waking up for.

Nothing I didn't like, to be fair.
